MTA S.p.A is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist to joint the team for the plant based in Kenitra.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that all purchased products from suppliers meet the company's established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role supports SQE functions by providing data analysis, conducting quality checks, and assisting with the resolution of supplier-related quality issues.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure thorough inspection of incoming materials and maintain accurate documentation.
• Initiate claims with suppliers for quality issues and non-conformances related to suppliers.
• Implement containment actions to address immediate quality concerns and minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Write, update, and ensure the accuracy of incoming control sheets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance supplier quality.
Skills Requirements:
• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical field or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience as a Supplier Quality Technician in the automotive industry.
• Problem-solving knowledge.
• Good communication skills in both English and French.
• Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, QRQC, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
