SALARY CONDITIONS (BRUTTO):
From 1.300 EUR / month
Salary increases depending on the experience and abilities of the candidate
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive performance of agenda related to hiring new employees, preparation of employment contracts, their changes and additions
- Active search for candidates, participation in the recruitment of new employees for all job positions together with leaders, doing job interviews, cooperation with employment offices
- Ensuring the entry of new employees, managing the candidate database, selecting new employees, ensuring their recruitment (preparation of the employment contract and all legal requirements necessary for employment)
- Maintaining other employee documentation in accordance with the requirements of the law related to personnel work
- Cooperation with personnel agencies, high schools and universities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – University degree
- English – active, Slovak language – native
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position, experience with the recruitment (hiring) of new employees is a condition
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Orientation in personnel, salary issues and labor-law relations
- The ability to manage and solve repeated problems, empathy
- Knowledge of the Human program is an advantage, not a requirement
