Sales Account Manager

 

MTA S.p.A is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Sales team for the plant based in Pune.

The person will be responsible for managing sales and implementing the commercial policy for the reference customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
• Business Development:
- Search for new customers;
- Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities;
- Execute sales strategies in agreement with company headquarter;
- Drive technical presentations and conversations with customers;

• Account Management:
- Management and development of customer portfolios by establishing long-term quality relationships;
- Develop contacts at every department and levels of customer organization;
- Organization of customer visits;
- Manage offers and conduct commercial negotiations;

• Reporting:
- Weekly discussion with the headquarter (CRM).

Skills and qualifications:
• Degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics);
• Previous experience in Sales, in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Automotive market knowledge;
• Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;
• Knowledge of reporting tools;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Willingness to travel.
